SEEDS

SEEDS (Supporting, Empowering, and Equipping for Development & Success) is a Collegiate Level Mentorship Initiative that provides monthly programming, leadership development, and tailored renewal strategies, to help workplaces, schools, organizations, and businesses cultivate healthy systems and thriving relationships. Mentors and mentees are then equipped to become “seed planters,” extending the cycle of guidance, growth, and positive change throughout their communities.

Mentorship programs are tailored to the needs of the audience being served. Needs assessments are conducted prior to the creation of mentorship programs through surveying of students or interviewing of student leaders. The optimal, individualized mentorship program is then constructed to implement on a monthly basis.
