SEEDS

SEEDS (Supporting, Empowering, and Equipping for Development & Success) is a Higher ED Level Mentorship Initiative that provides support in areas including:

Creation of mentorship programs
Programming Implementation
Leadership Development
Renewal strategies, to help workplaces, schools, organizations, and businesses cultivate healthy systems and thriving relationships.

Mentors and mentees are equipped to become “seed planters,” extending the cycle of guidance, growth, and positive change throughout their communities.
